The Seattle Department of Health has ordered Rancho Bravos Tacos truck—on 2nd Ave North and North 45th—to close after inspectors found several health violations, including improper food storage and inadequate hand washing facilities.

The truck is open again tonight, like a meat-scented mirage. I know I'll eat there soon, but where it always felt like an ill-advised idea before, now it seems like I'm actively courting e.coli.

I'd taunt you as "chicken" but perhaps "salmonella" is slightly more apropos...
You know, the DoH infractions website makes me never want to eat out again. Improper food storage and inadequate hand washing facilities is child's play compared to some of the things I've read about (and at places I've eaten, too)!
